REBATES

Medicare Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative

 

You may be eligible to access psychological services under the Medicare Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative. To be eligible for these rebates you must first see your GP, paediatrician, or psychiatrist to see if you are eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan. Clients who have a Mental Health Care Plan and eligible referral can access Medicare rebates for up to ten sessions per calendar year (dependant on eligibility via re-referral from the treating GP, paediatrician, or psychiatrist). 

Please note that Three Wishes Family Service does not bulk bill under Medicare.

 

NDIS

 

Three Wishes Family Clinic accepts referrals from self-managed and plan managed NDIS participants.

 

Private Health Insurance

Private Health Fund rebates are also available. Please speak to your private health insurer to find out whether you are eligible for a rebate for psychological services.
